How 20 people fit
The farmhouse is a 1,000 sq ft open layout. The Grand Hall has two sofa-cum-beds. There are two private air-conditioned bedrooms. For groups of 15 to 20, extra floor bedding is laid out across the hall and bedrooms.
What the group gets to itself
- A private pool, 27 ft long, 17 ft wide and 5 ft deep, with outdoor seating
- A garden lawn for cricket, badminton and volleyball
- A covered terrace with table tennis, foosball and carrom
- Playing cards, and two party speakers, one indoor and one outdoor
- A separate kitchen with outdoor seating, a large refrigerator and a separate freezer
- Inverter and generator backup for power cuts
What a group pays
All base packages have a minimum of 8 guests. In November 2026:
- 8 guests, stay only: ₹10,000 flat per night on weekdays (Mon–Thu), ₹18,000 on weekends (Fri–Sun).
- 9 to 20 guests, stay and all meals: ₹1,700 per person per night on weekdays, ₹2,400 on weekends.
- Meal package for stay-only bookings: ₹600 per person per day for breakfast, lunch, hi-tea and dinner.

Your stay
Check in at 1 pm. Check out at 11 am the next morning. Timings can be flexible, depending on availability.
